A moustache with a mission.
How to play
Start clean-shaven on October 31 or November 1. Grow your moustache through November.
A spontaneous comment from someone who isn’t playing earns a point if it fits a trigger category. Keep the categories within the player group. No prompting!
The $5 draw
Every qualifying comment assigns $5 to one active participant. Those with the fewest previous assignments are considered first, with a random draw between them.
Your cap is the maximum you can be assigned for the whole month. When everyone reaches their cap, points can still be earned without another obligation.
You can pause future participation at any time. Existing obligations remain on your record.
The little details
Use the honour system. Keep speakers anonymous and leave out identifying details or patient information.
Quotes that don’t earn points can still be saved. Sharing on the comment wall is your choice.
The overall points winner earns a fundraiser T-shirt. Category variety breaks a tie; remaining ties share the win.
Made a mistake? Withdraw your entry with a reason. Its point and associated obligation are reversed, with a record of the correction.
